perhaps I need to live out my emotions=)
should have been drawing some ugly ornamental paintings, that will surely help=)
automatic writing is another good thing, but it is even too effective. I tried it a year ago and it seem to open some rather dark doors. I'm not sure I'm ready to deal with them appropriately right now.
